Day 16: Faith

Scripture:

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” 2 Corinthians 5:7

Prayer:

Everlasting Father, thank you for Your faithfulness throughout the generations. By faith, we see Your mighty hand in creation and in the lives of Your people throughout history. By faith, your children followed You through the wilderness. By faith, Your people have called out to You for peace and mercy. By faith in Jesus, Your children have been rescued from sin. Help us to have faith in your promises. You have told us there is nothing too difficult for You. We ask You to forgive us for throwing You out of the school system and ask You to come dwell in the schools with Your loving presence, power, protection, peace and wisdom. Forgive our sins, have mercy over us. We humble ourselves, pray to You, seek Your face and turn from our wicked ways and pray You will hear from heaven, forgive our sins and heal our land (campuses). Help us to fix our eyes on You as we walk into the works You have for us to do. Help us to walk by faith and not by sight and to be bold in proclaiming Your faithfulness. You are the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, we pray. Amen.

Decree:

We decree we walk by faith knowing that as we pray and ask God to return to our schools that He will do it.
